2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
sea salt and pepper
lemon wedges and cooked green beans, to serve
1. Clean the fish and remove the heads. Make diagonal slashes on each side of the flesh. Rub all over with the oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, pushing the salt and pepper well into the slashes.
2. Preheat the broiler. Cook under the preheated broiler for 5–6 minutes on each side.
3. Transfer to 4 warmed serving plates and serve with lemon wedges and cooked green beans.
