Spicy avocado dip

SERVES 4 V P C Q
2 large avocados
juice of 1–2 limes
2 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp mild chili powder, or to taste
salt and pepper

Method

1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pits and skin and discard.
2. Place the avocado fresh in a food processor with the juice of 1 or 2 limes, according to taste. Add the garlic and chili powder and process until smooth.
3. Transfer to a large serving bowl, season to taste, and serve.
